These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crafted Tap websites, fan experiences, organization administration tools, NFC-enabled tokens, kiosks, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Crafted Tap is operated by Devil x Detail LLC ("Crafted Tap," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, enrolling in a participating brewery program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Crafted Tap
Crafted Tap provides technology that participating breweries can use to create and operate loyalty, membership, reward, and fan experiences.
Participating breweries determine many aspects of their individual programs, including available memberships, rewards, eligibility, redemption terms, availability, and other program-specific rules.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep your authentication information reasonably secure.
Fan accounts may use a mobile phone number for identity verification and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number and device associated with your account.
You may not impersonate another person, access another person's account without authorization, or use the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3. Crafted Tap Tokens
Crafted Tap may use physical NFC-enabled tokens as part of the Services.
A token may be registered with Crafted Tap, assigned to a participating brewery, and claimed by a fan through that brewery's program.
Possession of a physical token does not by itself establish account ownership. Crafted Tap may require additional authentication before providing access to account-specific information or functionality.
Tokens may be disabled, replaced, or otherwise restricted when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, program administration, or support.
4. Brewery Memberships and Rewards
Memberships, rewards, promotions, benefits, progress requirements, expiration dates, redemption rules, and other program terms may vary by participating brewery.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards:
- have no cash value;
- may not be sold or transferred;
- are subject to the eligibility and redemption requirements displayed with the reward;
- may expire;
- may be limited in quantity or availability;
- may be modified or discontinued when permitted by the applicable program terms and law.
Participating breweries are responsible for fulfilling brewery-provided goods, services, discounts, pours, events, or other benefits associated with their programs.
Crafted Tap provides the technology used to administer these experiences but does not manufacture or serve brewery products.
5. SMS Account Verification
When you provide a mobile number and actively request a verification code, you agree to receive SMS messages from Crafted Tap for account verification and authentication.
Message frequency varies based on your login and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. Opting out may prevent you from completing phone-based authentication or accessing features that require phone verification.
Consent to receive account-verification SMS messages is not consent to receive marketing messages.
If promotional SMS messaging is offered in the future, any required marketing consent will be obtained separately.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- attempt to bypass authentication or security controls;
- copy, clone, manipulate, tamper with, or misuse Crafted Tap tokens or authentication data;
- attempt to redeem rewards fraudulently or more often than permitted;
- access data belonging to another fan, brewery, or organization without authorization;
- reverse engineer or probe the Services except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
- use the Services in violation of applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, participating breweries, or the integrity of a program.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Features described as previews, pilots, beta functionality, or future functionality may change or may not become generally available.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or connect with third-party services, including telecommunications providers, authentication services, wallet platforms, hosting providers, payment providers, or brewery-operated systems.
Use of third-party products or services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
Crafted Tap and its software, designs, branding, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Devil x Detail LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Participating brewery names, logos, images, trademarks, and other brewery content belong to their respective owners.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Crafted Tap or participating brewery intellectual property.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that every brewery reward or program will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crafted Tap and Devil x Detail LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Crafted Tap for the applicable consumer Services during the twelve months preceding the claim or $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date displayed on this page.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
